-DELIVERY PROCEDURE.

Except if otherwise expressly provided during the online purchase process, the delivery procedure to Users of the GOLD LOOKS product or service purchased through the Service, will be conducted in accordance with the following steps:

  • Shipment will be made to the address provided by Users during the purchase process, as completed in Step 2 (Data Form);

  • Shipment will be by courier, a service provided by a third party outside GOLD LOOKS;

  • The shipment and delivery intervals of the product are variable, between 24 and 48 hours for national orders, and between 7 and 15 working days, maximum for international orders.

  • Should there be any problem in processing your order or shipment, GOLD LOOKS will contact you to inform of the incident. In any case, Users may also contact to check on the status of the order and of the shipment on the following address info@goldlooks.com and telephone number +34 954811152.

  • Except if otherwise expressly provided during the online purchase process, delivery expenses of the GOLD LOOKS product or service purchased through the Service shall be borne by GOLD LOOKS in full.

  • If the delivery of your item is subject to custom duties, these will be payable with the client. If the client decides not to pay these, GOLD LOOKS will not return the order price paid or be responsible for the parcel.

-DURATION AND EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT AND RETURN POLICY.

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract on the terms provided in the Consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users within fourteen calendar days of receiving the item.

The term of the right of cancellation shall expire 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To formalize the cancellation, the customer must return the product and its original packaging in perfect condition to Fernando Rodríguez Moya within the specified period, with an accompanying letter stating your will to cancel the contract, your data and those of the contract that you intend to cancel, or where appropriate, a return form indicating your wish to cancel.

Once the cancellation is formalized and the item is returned in its original packaging, we will proceed to refund the money as soon as possible, and in any event, within fourteen calendar days of the cancellation.

All payments received will be returned, including delivery costs, if any, (except the additional cost of shipping by express or priority service) using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction.
