GOLD LOOKS offers its customers products and services of the highest quality. Given the special features of the products and services marketed by GOLD LOOKS on the Site (such as jewellery products), there are slight differences between each product or service purchased, mainly due to the uniqueness and exclusivity of each and every one of the materials and gemstones used in their production which in addition, is largely handmade. Therefore, there are no two GOLD LOOKS products or services exactly alike, and in any case, it is inevitable that the product delivered to Users differs slightly from that shown in the photographs included in the Site's purchase process (even if it were the same one). Under no circumstance will these differences imply the delivery of products or services with lower quality materials than those expressly stipulated in the Site. -AVAILABILITY.
The Service will be permanently available twenty-four 24 hours a day. GOLD LOOKS informs Users that anomalies or interruptions may occur in the availability or performance of the Service due to causes not attributable to GOLD LOOKS (technical glitches of ISPs, telecommunication problems in the terminal of Users, etc.), so the term to perform the purchase may be extended.
